Addresses and Delivery Times:

The delivery times will be as follows:

To be withdrawn in store, the delivery of the product(s) will be made only to the beneficiary named by the buyer during the 10 working days after the confirmation of the transaction.

If in the act of delivery of the requested product(s) is not received by the user and / or beneficiary, the product will not be delivered to any person who is not previously authorized, proceeding PLASTICOS DE HONDURAS to notify via email to the user and / or beneficiary who was not found responsible for receiving it and will remember the withdrawal of the product(s) in our factory in San Pedro Sula.

PLASTICOS DE HONDURAS reserves the right to restrict delivery to domicile in areas of the Honduran territory.

MERCHANDISE SUBJECT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Products that have manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use, may be returned to PLASTICOS DE HONDURAS to obtain a change, within 7 days after the date of receipt of the product and that are within the warranty coverage thereof.

The change of product into warranty will consist of a product of the same value and similar descriptions to that of the original purchase. In case the customer chooses to carry a product different from the original purchase and the higher price, you must pay the difference of the value.
